getting back to keiko..

it's been 2.5 weeks since i participated in full practice. tonight was first night since i did that thing to my heel. it was rather tough. i ran out of steam during the ji-geiko. couldn't keep up. normally that's way i hate missing practice. one practice missed means two-three practices to get back to where i was before missing the practice. i can't wait till fri. to see how i will do at that practice. i was planning to do ji-geiko with the new yondan. he is rather strong, and i'm not sure if i'll be in shape to do any serious match.
