so i was at outreach program today doing kendo demo with other members of our dojo. it was great.
we started out with iaido.. then kendo kata.. deme of strikes.. then ended with demo of shiai.
i need wrist pad. when doing ji-geiko or shiai, it's fine.. but being a target dummy, hurts like crap.
